Tent Rental Process

  1. Contact our tent specialists to discuss your event, style of tent, space requirements, and any other questions you may have.
  2. Once the order is confirmed, we will require a 25% non-refundable deposit. We will also require you to sign a tent rental agreement to ensure you are aware of the responsibility that comes with renting a tent!
  3. Our operations team will follow up with you approximately 1 week in advance of your event to confirm all the details, arrival time, your contact. We believe in continuous and open communication. No one likes last minute surprises!
  4. Installers will arrive onsite, typically one or two days prior to your event. The designated crew leader will introduce his/herself to the identified contact on site. Once the exact site, tent orientation etc. is determined.. you can sit back and watch our team create your venue. You don’t need to do a thing! We’ll do a final walkthrough prior to leaving to ensure there are no last minute requests. Then we leave, and you party!
  5. Post event (typically one or two days after your event), our team will come back and efficiently dismantle your tent, load onto our truck and bring back to our facility for processing.

** Please Note – If you have rented items in addition to a tent from MacFarlands, all other rental items will be stacked neatly inside the tent. Unless otherwise coordinated, setup of tables/chairs etc. is NOT included.

Tent Rentals Layout and Seating Plans

     

Are you confused if a tent is right for your event? Will you have enough room? Will all your guests fit.... and what about the band?!? Weddings and other events can be stressful enough, let us take some of that stress away. We can take your approximate guest list and available area and develop a Partycad© plan so that you can see how it all fits together. The number of guests changes? No problem, we can alter the plan to suit your needs.
What may make perfect sense on paper may not work in the real world so take a 3d 'walk' around your tent and relax, knowing that when the big day comes, you can leave the tent to us.  

 

Choosing the correct size of tent is very important for any wedding or event: Use the following table to calculate the approximate square footage based on needs and floor plan.  Then upsize to account for comfort.  Also, keep in mind that most clients prefer to have a square tent instead of a rectangular tent.  And finally, call us to discuss any of your questions and to reserve the tent of your desire.
